====== Wines ====== \\ ===== 1996 ===== \\ * **Santenay, En Biochot** (Feb 2008) - 2 bottles, very developed and a toss of the coin as to whether they were slightly oxidized or just at the end of their drinking life. [I Hickman]. * **Santenay, En Biochot** (Oct 2010) - last bottle, the freshest of the three but still developed. At its peak. [I Hickman]. * **Santenay 1er Cru, Clos Rosseau** (Feb 2008) - incredibly young and backward wine, with plenty of acid & oak and obviously no oxidation problem. [I Hickman]. * **Santenay 1er Cru, Clos Rosseau** (Dec 2008) - another very youthful bottle; presented blind, all present thought it was from somewhere between 2001-2004. In excellent shape and will hold for some time. [I Hickman]. * **Santenay 1er Cru, Clos Rosseau** (March 2011) - another excellent, youthful bottle. [I Hickman]. \\ ===== 1998 ===== \\ * **Meursault 1er Cru, Les Charmes** (Aug 2008) - delicious wine at ten years of age, and it will hold a few more too. [I Hickman]. * **Meursault 1er Cru, Les Charmes** (Mar 2010) - slighly more advanced than the previous bottle but still drinking well - probably pay to drink up now. [I Hickman]. * **Santenay 1er Cru, Clos Rosseau** (Apr 2008) - more developed than the 1996 but still drinking very well, not oxidized and better than I expected. [I Hickman]. * **Santenay 1er Cru, Clos Rosseau** (Aug 2008) - second bottle actually a little better/fresher than the first. [I Hickman]. * **Santenay 1er Cru, Clos Rosseau** (Dec 2008) - another three bottles, all consistent with the last one - drinking very well and will hold short-term. [I Hickman]. * **Santenay 1er Cru, Clos Rosseau** (Mar 2009) - another three bottles, one slightly TCA scalped, otherwise just as strong as previous bottles. [I Hickman]. * **Santenay 1er Cru, Clos Rosseau** (Jan 2010) - another great bottle. [I Hickman].
