In vintage 2010: Free SO2 target at bottling is 35 ppm; also uses approximately 800 mg of CO2 (which is much higher than most producers – see Le Moine for another example)

In vintage 2017: (per William Kelley of the Wine Advocate) Ballot Millot now has a target of 40 ppm of free SO2

Meursault–Perrières (Oct. 2018 – Oct. 2019): 3 btls not oxidized. Another lovely wine, here with a classic Perrières nose of smokey flintiness & orchard fruits on the palate beautifully balanced by minerality. From a lot of 3 purchased at retail in Hong Kong circa 2011. [Rayner Cheung]

Meursault–Perrières (Jan. 2020 – May 2020): 1 btl oxidized + 2 btl not oxidized. The good btls had a subtly delicate bouquet of white flowers & peach, & tasted quite young & minerally. From 3 btls purchased at retail in Hong Kong in Sep. 2014. [Rayner Cheung]
