‍‍‍Background information

  • Vintage 2006: Along with sister-estate Bouchard has state of the art bottling line that excludes oxygen. Goal for free SO2 at bottling is 40 ppm.
  • Vintage 2007: Along with Bouchard, now uses only unbleached corks coated with paraffin only (no silicone). For the petit chablis, village chablis and all 375 ml bottlings regardless of level they are now using a “high quality synthetic cork” (diam)
  • Vintage 2009: Along with sister winery Bouchard, has now eliminated natural cork closures and is using DIAM exclusively.
