  * In vintage 2002: used more SO2 than normal at the end of the ML fermentation to avoid the possibility of volatile acidity; batonnage regimen unclear
  * In vintage 2003: less batonnage than usual
  * In vintage 2007: current free SO2 target is 32 ppm; not clear when this began
