  • Chablis Blanchot (18/10/05): Plain, nice acidity on finish but no structure, maderisation creeping in [Sam Chafe]


  • Chablis Les Preuses (April 2007) - no oxidation, youthful, lovely, if perhaps a little atypical [Paul Dellar]
  • Chablis Les Pargues (Sept 2009) - No oxidation, some vanilla, minerals, verry nice. [Hillard Sharf]
  • Chablis Premier Cuvee Les Pargues (Jan 2011) - Orange -yellow color, flat, early oxidation, sherry overtones [Hillard Sharf]


  • Chablis Grand Cru Bougros (10/07) - first bottle from the case was prematurely oxidised, despite an excellent cork. Second bottle was fine. [Gareth Miles]
