  • Meursault Santenots (Apr 2013): Worryingly oxidised. Sherry & brown apple aromas. Dark golden colour, almost like apple juice. Confirmed oxidised again following morning. The cork was in good condition and perfectly stored, so they are unlikely to be causes. I also tried a sample of a bottle a year earlier and was perfect then.
  • Meursault Santenots (Jan 2014): Medium-gold, with over-ripe apple aromas. Initially merely “advanced,” but within 30 minutes, clearly oxidized. {Ralph Earle]
